DripScribe has a zero-tolerance spam policy. We prohibit the use of our service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

Definition of Spam

Spam includes but is not limited to:

• Sending emails to recipients who have not explicitly opted-in
• Emails sent without a clear unsubscribe mechanism
• Misleading subject lines or sender information
• Harvested or purchased email lists

Compliance Requirements

All users must comply with:

• CAN-SPAM Act (US)
• GDPR (EU)
• CASL (Canada)
• All applicable local anti-spam laws

Best Practices

• Only email contacts who have explicitly consented
• Include clear unsubscribe links in every email
• Honor unsubscribe requests immediately
• Include your physical mailing address
• Use accurate "From" names and email addresses
